Kikker the point you raised is valid in that it happens everywhere. But it only happens because people allow it to happen. I say with this company enough. Let's be the first company to STOP the practice.

IMO it would make the company a far better proposition of investment for institutions and people if they knew there were NOT going to be freebies in THIS company any more.

I'm not a throw my hands in the air and say I give up because everyone else does a wrong practise and just accept it. I think most retail investors believe it is just wrong, so why don't we stop it where we can?

Does voting no to resolution 3 stop options? no, but it stops "performance rights" where you don't even get 3 cents. It is a first step. It sends the BOD a powerful message about how the OWNERS of the company think about this practise.

Warren Buffet does not allow it in his companies. What better recommendation do we need??

I believe this is a good investment, especially when at these cheap prices because of the returns we will be able to generate in the future, just look at the "weather" in Northern China right now. That "weather" will hasten the need for lithium, and we will be the only company to increase supply via DSO in a few months.

BTW Ken B. says the rumour going around the traps of the $US150M debt and equity raise is incorrect, but is not going to put out a statement on every market rumour.

To me that makes us an outstanding buy when the market reopens, and well done to those that bought more today.
