Quite obviously these guys are still in need of further inducement to do there job.
After the previous award of generous options to replace the old ones that had expired worth less, the board have decided that a lot more are required and once awarded we might hear that Dempsey has been farmed out, only after three year of trying.
Normally you award success not for a complete non event.
