Just as an addendum, how I did my calcs, was by dividing the non-Sensera Ltd share capital ($7.7mill) less escrowed non-sensera shares as the base and divided that by 2.95 million shares @ IPO price 0.20 (500k). That comes up with better than 8% but is a messy techique. Using all non-escrowed shares is not exactly accurate either however as you said, you did round up so I'll accept your number. It was scrawled on the day's workings then binned is why I haven't posted exact calcs. Not downramping SE1 just the commenting on the sweeping "this will tighter than...." posts.
