The most expensive Jack up rig price i could find was 138k per day. There wont be any testing at the start IMO. 80 million would be more than the cost of drilling in SNE with a drill ship. We know that ORA drilled a well in 30 days and if it cost 1.2 million per day thats only 36 million...... 80 million is way over the top.
Your suggestion is that its going to be twice as expensive to drill in 100m of water that 1500m? DB
