May be some overhang from recent rights issue but not much.
Don't fret if if you see a few come out at this level, its just one or two subbies that pick up a feee and turn the stock. Total subby takeup was only 20% so only x number of those would sell.
Once it breaks through 10-11 it will take off. This may take a few days but it will happen.
This is a major drill target, we can expect results worthy on such.
