I think Michael's departure to EGS may involve a tilt at the gold assets held by Galaxy from GMM deal.
I wonder if GXY couldn't sell it to MF as it would not be at arms length. Now that he is out the door he is free to come knocking with an offer through EGS with no conflict of interest.
Once again MF will make money from GXY.
