I agree with GC, but it's strange that Molyneux has not made any public contact with shareholders, even if he has had some part to play behind the scenes. I agree with Q in that giving him reward with no risk sends the WRONG message to management as I do not believe his performance has been satisfactory. A simple chairman's letter and some shares bought on market would change my mind about the options package entirely. PDN is failing because of a sinking uranium price and I think he's doing a reasonable job of keeping PDN afloat.
