Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice - Giles, page-5

  1. 10 Posts.
This is now making him a very significant shareholder.
IIRC they said at the AGM that there were
200M shares in the company. Presumably this includes options.
If so, he now has about 25% of the share holding?

You can come to a number of conclusions about his buy, whether or not they have any substance in
reality is however purely guess work.
    1) A major shareholder wanted out (for whatever reason)?
    2) He bought in order to stop a huge drop in the share price (if so very altruistic)?
    3) He has such confidence in the future of the company that he is willing to back it
    with a $4M investment?
    4) He is buying on the dips in order to eventually make the company his own?
    5) Where did the money come from?

At face value, a director buying such a large parcel AND at a post zoom price
would appear to be encouraging. After all, the time to buy was back in Jan/Feb of
this year when the price was at 23c or so. It does make you wonder why he did not
buy then. Perhaps it was simply a case of him waiting to see if all the ducks lined up
in a row and HAV did succeed in producing real tangible gold.
Surely the water seepage and pit wall movement issues would seed doubt in anyone's
mind, even an expert. Plenty of promising mines have become impractical with just
one of those problems. The fact that they have been over come would be a confidence
    booster.
