From the indians view point they are paying a premium and they don't like it.
So they still agree to pay 2/3 but are holding out.
ECT IS FINDING alternative finance hence bevet deal.
Now its upto the indians, to take the shares at 3.3c or not but the demo plant can get built.
EfH option deal is about making money, and alots of money and a great deal it is for
