Well whatever the case, the fund should trade around NTA. I doubt they will wind it up, as it is generating fees, and shareholders with a big capital gain will be unhappy paying CGT too. More likely it would be monetised a bit by charging a new manager to take it over if anything.
If I held I wouldn't be selling on this news alone. I would wait to see what the new CIO plans to do first.
If everybody does want to dump them - I'll be happy to buy for my super fund at a good discount to NTA
