there wont be a rate cut -- What are the current levels of interest doing ?

Impeding business activity - NO

Creating inflation in property - YES

Its strange - they say inflation is at an all time low - yet the price of the single biggest asset most people own has doubled over the last few years -- ifs that not inflation what is ?

Another rate cut would signal to the property market that its OK to keep borrowing like crazy for stuff that in the main seems way over priced -- frankly I'd like to see a huge jump in rates ... and laugh as the property market implodes and watch the carnage unfold !
