The Ukraine projects are secured in a form of an agreement. Production will occur from July ONLY IF THE FINAL FEASIBILITY RESULTS ARE POSITIVE.

Uran cannot buy out Discovery without shareholder approval. Shareholders will be given all relevant information prior to making their decision. Hobbs has said that the process WILL BE TRANSPARENT.

If Uran is to become a billion dollar company it will need more projects than the 2 in Ukraine. Discovery (apparently) is finalising at least 2-3 more U projects.
