Maybe some others can shed some light on this.

I would have thought even under the new rules regarding back door listing announced on 2 November by ASX the company to provide enough details of the transaction but not soo much like a prospectus.

If you go back to the announcement 6 October it clearly says that a EGM and prospectus would sent out to holders in December.

My question is since there is no need to do a prospectus and only comply with GN12 ASX what's the hold up in getting us back trading as it's just a financial document regarding the transaction and not as detailed.
