The Americans don't share a currency with Germany, they have a lot more ability to act then Greece ever did.
The Greeks had the German taxpayers allowing them to retire at 55 and sup retsina overlooking the Med whilst enjoying a nice goat kebab. Had to end some day. Still hasn't.
Trump either makes good on the gist of his promises or he goes in 4 years. He's the spearhead of the movement, not the movement itself. Those who put him there can put somebody else there if Trump ever becomes undeplorable.
