For me I stay with the facts - On budget (yes that is a fact until retracted by management – to my knowledge they have not)
- NIHL permanent staff getting hired in the UK to do NIHL post settlement work (what does that mean? Yes NIHL is coming our way)
- Main banking syndicate support (evidenced again by recent announcement)
- Positive barrister’s opinion in relation to escrow (50 million pound).
Just to mention a few.
But of course we all work different ways.
