I dont mind if people do some research and find evidence to demonstrate I have made an error but just saying the opposite makes me a little frustrated sometimes. It is an Exploration PSC ropoh. How do I know this? - I copied it from the Senegal govt website and translated it to english and read it.
The new oil code will set the scene for the PSC that is to follow.
