I think there is an issue here with the allocation. I applied for the full amount in both my Super and normal share accounts. I only received half of the allocation in both. Both the accounts are in joint names (mine and my wife's). I only received one form for each account and completed my payment at least 10 days before the offer closed (so no time issues). It seems if your account is in joint names you only get half of what you applied for. How would you get the full amount in this instance ? Has anybody else with joint account applications had this issue ? Thanks.
