The SCXCA are not options but are part paid (2c unpaid) normal shares. Therefore there is no expiry date although there is obviously the risk that the 2c will be called at any time.
As far as I can ascertain the SCXCAs they have full voting rights and dividend entitlement.
Other than lower liquidity than the FPOs I can't see why they trade at such a discount to the FPOS. To me the gap should be somewhere slighly less than 2c
