There is a lot of angry and upset SH at the moment.
Of course we were going to get a low ball offer.
If you have sold a house before you will always get lowball offers to purchase your house and the agent will by law have to tell you that offer even if he knows you will be offended by it.
So please stop the comments towards management at this point until we get more info.
