    Everyone needs to chill out. As long as this doesn't have a "No Shop" condition its all good. I will bet my left nut there is NOT a "No Shop" condition. This will be the starting point of negotiantions with this company. Its only an offer and most likely being used to get another company to offer much higher! Sellers now have no idea what they are doing. Ridiculous!!!
