53 percent increase in reserves

This stock has got to be a potential performer this year .. I find it difficult to fathom that a producer in full production who has long term supply contracts and has just coinfirmend a 53% increase in reserves... and at the same time analysts have predicted a 5-7 PE this year languishes around moving sideways... YET U308 "explorers" with no cash and no production and potentially no future enjoy daily % gains... go figure ...
