Your side would release him wouldn't it denman.
Because if he dies then a thousand more like him will take his place, so better for us if he is set free.
Thats the kind of logic your side has been expressing.
Personally I do not support the death penalty and anyway death is too easy. Life with hard labour would punish him more.
