I wouldn't expect ECM to dump shares right away either, but who knows what they might be thinking? It's certainly in their interest to sell some stock if the price is right.
Having invested over $5 mill cash, and carrying around 5 bill shares it would be an absolute no-brainer to sell around 1 bill of those shares once the share price was between .005-.01
They can recoup their entire investment, possibly secure some profit, whilst free-carrying 4 bill shares.
Why would they sit on all their stock and miss out on a big pay day?
