Read carefully my little hominoid. I'm buying is a 'state of mind'. If I went out to shop I might say 'I'm off out buying'. That doesn't mean I bought anything at the shops, intent is there but the final exchange of consideration for goods may or may not occur. Today I was unable to purchase goods at the price I intended despite 'I'm off out buying'; however the state of mind remains in play. Incidentally the $20k is now $21,347!
