This seems to be correct. For whatever reason the market cannot seem to see the value of the business, the money spent on R&D, the cash flow positive position etc etc.
I think a contract announcement or two and another quarterly financial report will be what it takes for people to look again.
I guess less people than I thought bought in based on long term fundamentals...
