I still believe NSR has a great potential growing for decades due to extremely low risk of storage business on a growing population. Property (land) value in large cities has doubled in every 7.5 years since 1900. Management has reduced gearing by share offer recently and distributed the debts across non-bank lender such as Australian Super. It takes time to prove its success
