The old code in Indonesia was indeed a copy of the old USGS code that is still in use in the USA ( SEC has announced a review) The KCMI code was published in 2011. IT is in almost all aspects based on the JORC 2004 code. The only material difference is the requirement for "Competent Persons Indonesia" to go through a formal accreditation procedure.
Such an estimate would fall under the "Foreign or Historical estimates " section of the ASX listing rules and I would have thought needed to be disclosed.
