Good mgt & decisions or 2nd Strike

EGO's management may need some help with regards to good decisions. There haven't been too many of them.
A kick in the rear last AGM with a first strike should propel them, but we will wait and see. The next AGM is less than 12 months away and that is a 1/5th into the 5 year plan.
Is there a KPI or two somewhere there for each board member?
Or some milestones that shareholders can clearly see in the 5 year journey?
Come on board.............make good decisions and postive action, you are on notice.
