    Do you know what a SOA is? Do you know how they operate? Do you know what the thresholds are? Do you know what our directors fiduciary obligations are? Was the offer accepted? What was the response of the board?

    I think you should get yourself educated and not believe a lot of the drivel posted on here by people with an axe to grind.
