i also see massive value in ARQ but the market sentiment is very negative. i will buy when it breaks its downtrend. draw a big line from the shoulder of the peak all the way down you will connect 5 tops. its very strong resistance. you could hold long and still make a lot of money, but paper losses are annoying.
