Not really relevant to what i'm saying but a good tip and will have to get Battlefield 1 in future.
TPG stuffed up my mobile phone account causing it to behave as though I did not pay. This is two months in a row on my main business line. Also charged me 4 times in the same month a monthly bill. When I call them they refuse to fix it or listen until I email the head office in Sydney or talk to the TIO.
The only way to fix an issue with TPG even if it is proven to be 100% TPG's fault is through these two methods below. The call centre can not handle anything above restarting your phone.
