From the announcement A subsidiary company, Urasia Mining CJSC, has been formed with Integra Mining, a Russian
mining and engineering group operating in Uzbekistan and with particular knowledge of the
uranium deposits of Uzbekistan. Urasia Mining is evaluating opportunities to acquire
advanced uranium projects in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, which are the world’s 7th and 3rd
largest uranium producers.

My Understanding is that Uran is now part of discovery which is combined of Integra to form Urasia.
