On the balance of probabilities, I doubt the SP will substantially recover until we get an update. The corporate incentives are there to hike her up but I believe the market would not respond to such a cynical approach. I would think the SPP will be well supported after which speculation will resume until we know what we are truly dealing with. They must be busy.
