At 1:10:07, 5 successive trades, obviously HFT because they all appear to be at the same time... And small quantities taking the price from 69 to 68.5c withe some centre point prices in between.
Clearly all stops are out to contain the price. Sellers are holding tight, but there probably isn't enough retail interest to trigger a breakout, so whatever insto is interested is taking advantage of the lack of urgency to build their position.
Any announcement in the next day or four will no doubt crack the 70c resistance and signal the traders and retailers to flood in.
Still waiting on the resins, then tenting and army. A licensing deal if Pegasus was not it should further shred the brakes.
