So Mr. Central, if your organisation is struggling to secure funds, why not sign GSA early with Jemena, get forward looking cash injection for removal of the ball and chain scenarios and receive any cash injection uplift should tarrifs be reduced.

Surely with negation skill sets as promoted, that any GSA can be made subject to pipeline transport tariff reduction adjustments.

There are no more excuses, Jemena have stated in black and white by stating that should shipper contract early, shippers shall not be disadvantaged by contracting prior to completion of NGP and that all shippers will further benefit from future growth.
