With intellingecer broad stroke comment , he got something correct in those observation in that it is still a coin flip probability regardless of the setup, strategy or tool usage. Charting to me isn't about its predictive nature but a means to rationally get into position knowing when the trade is wrong and get out. Setting targets is the way to pay oneself for taking on the risk. How the mitigation from entry to exists is the trading personality of the trader concerned.
Just too many ignorance misled by certain section of charting community with their future peeking tools claiming that they have a way to know where price is going. Then everyone using charts are suddenly fortune telling.
This poster should change the nick name because his ignorance is not doing it justice.
