just a sniff of some differentiation would be good. Clearly Vertigo hasn't sparked the markets interest since they bought it in Oct 2006. In fact all they have done is half the value of their cash in the can by doubling the shares on issue with 115 mill performance shares.
You have to recognise that these guys have got a golden opportunity to create some value out there with a sexy deal of some sort while Vertigo goes about its business. I'm not saying get rid of vertigo, I'm saying put some spice into the stock for the short term.
BTW, is there any relationship with the chairman (who appears to have his holdings in a hong kong company), and vertigo (who appear to deal with HK, China in almost all of its deals)? Just thought I would ask
