Do a bit of research CoM please? Magellan were extremely cash strapped at the time of offloading their holding in CTP which was the only liquid asset they had. According to the last SEC filing that I looked at mid-last year they only had a couple of hundred thousand in cash and there were doubts around it's ability to remain as a going concern so they had to sell. This is old ground man, you need to go and find something else that doesn't smell right.
