    Glaxo Smith Klyne could be one of the parties seeking an interest in PTD.

    They recently acquired Domantis and PTD's share as well.

    Not unreasonable to consider GSK are a potential suitor of PTD.

    PTD mentioned today the companies were Top Tier and global and industry specified firms.
