They refer to CAVS........CONNECTED AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES...................
The C part is important.
It is TCL's response. On new roads and upgrades technology is being embedded so that the Car is connected to its environment. There are a myriad of possibilities coming from this.
Mr Charlton has recently been worried that TCL roads were reaching full capacity, no room for growth.
It seems that CAVs gives another leg to TCL
