I have been in a similar frame of mind since that timeframe too.
Im not sure the way the payments work but I would expect them to raise pre drill
as per past performance and to mitigate risk. Its most definitely coming so we can only hope its at the highest price possible.
A 19.9% placement by a major would be great but may need DOC before any big player would consider that.
