No, Cortona hasn't done the placement yet as far as I know. Once Cortona have completed DD and documents close to finalised, then they will procure a placement to raise enough cash to fund the acquisition and for working capital.

Obviously the deal is not completed yet.... and when Cortona are ready, they will make the placement. Not sure what price, but hopefully high 20's to low 30's. They will also need to obtain shareholder approval for any shares issued above 15% of issued capital (threshold limit).
