The trial is double blind, meaning nobody will be able to see the results on RAP until the trial is concluded, ie 1,111 participants, the RAP diagnosis will be hidden, and then patient goes through the normal process, after completion they then compare the two sets of 1,111 results. Nothing is likely to happen progressively. So I doubt if anything will "escape" as no RAP results will likely be shown to the staff. AT least thats how other trials have been done.
