Retail investors normally dumber than institutional. I can't believe somebody was selling. Why? Believed timesystem's BS?
Ok, maybe selling, you can't say without hidden data. But anyway, I believe that most of volume was between accounts of the same entity. Otherwise price would be volatile, not 4.9c stable for days, almost weeks. Anyway, maybe I talk too much. I just know how it is done with hedge funds..
