That's an interesting point Fudgy and one that was bandied around the OBJ Hotcopper threads leading up to the AGM. Although the BOD never confirmed or denied the notion, imo it is scenarios like this that undermines all the hard work they have put in to date. If it is/was actually true, why wouldn't the BOD simply come out with some transparency and be honest about it? They would have had a much better chance of securing the 10 mil bonus shares for one; and they would also demonstrate some much needed communication skills in the process.

They chose to advise it was for additional developments that were not factored into the 2014 Performance Milestones due Nov 2017. We are yet to see what these additional 'developments' are; as we are yet to see why there was a need to bring the AGM a full month forward. Communication is still a niggling issue with OBJ's BOD imo.
