Smells like BS to me. Why would Trace notify Petrosen, that's not who they have to satisfy. It's the Senegal Govt who the contract is with. So if you had actually got a reply from Trace I'm sure would be quoting directly from it and they wouldn't have said this. So have another go at it but be a bit smarter next time and someone might actually believe you. Not me, but someone.
