Yesssss .... moral obligations are so strongly held to in Australia; "leaders" in our society are well known for their respect for ethics and conventions. Politicians, business leaders, public servants in high position, all with their snouts in the troughall upstanding people who observe the highest standards.
Unfortunately, they (and their predecessors) also get to write the rules by which they must comply .... I posted some time ago with respect to this person, after digging through the ASX rules, found this:
pffff. So morals are one thing, but compliance with the rules and the expectations seem to be quite a way from what us plebs would consider to be "The responsible thing to do".
By the way, what the hell does he do anyway? Did NOT impress me at the AGM, I have to say; the peculiarly timed interjection to defend GR was poorly executed ....
