I agree diff. I have been watching this drill very very closely and I have yet to see any signs of insider trading at any stage, although there has been a lot of discussion about it. I believe that this is a minor volume and is only panic selling by punters not any informed insiders selling off. BKP will make the usual announcement on Tuesday as per usual. Considering the 65 metre oil shows and 20 metre gas C1-C4 in the upper section, I believe there is every chance that good hydrocarbon shows will be made in this lower section as well, particularly as this is believed to be well sealed and displayed AVO anomoly- any evaluation of these will require logging, which will take time so no definitive answer is available. In terms of any hydrocarbon shows-BKP would not release info on any oil/gas shows found until Tuesday. If people are wanting a trading halt, I suggest waiting until definitive logging of what ever hydrocarbons are found in the lower section is completed. Chinese are very professional operators and drilling information would be very closely guarded and only conservatively reported as required.
