OldisGold/others: Yes, indeed: Found in my emails a message from African Petroleum in respect to "Corporate Presentation & Contemplated Private Placement".

The updated presentation did - JIMHO - NOT contain anything dramatically new?

Regarding the "Private Placement" - which I am confident will be happening:

I sincerely do HOPE that those sophisticated ones will NOT get APCL shares at too low a pricing just for them to flog those off thereafter for a quick profit !!
Otherwise, I would have strongly favoured an OFFER to ALL share-holders and raising in the act MORE money !!

We shall see. Any offer to those 'sophisticated ones' UNDER NOK 3.00 I would perceive as being too low.
