Realistically it will be $1.50 - $2.00 immediately post listing and no surprise if it went up over $3 thereafter on good Lance news flow.
To list though, as I discussed with my learned friend early this morning, it needs to look positive (as is now) and also be low enough the US investors will buy in. Our joint consensus was a ~$1 listing with a minimum 20:1 but more likely a 40:1 ADR.
$3 would be perfect....but on a rising U price Karoo starts to look very attractive as I am certain now the study will show. That can, and I dare say will, provide the impetus for a massive rise in the PEN share price. To what level remains to be seen and is dependent on the U price, the defined resource and how it is funded. I still maintain Karoo is the elephant in the room.
Add in Lance expansion and you will likely see your stated values.

As much as I don't wish bad on anyone a shutdown of Cigar Lake again won't do any harm to the U price, but
so far the ice is holding the water back.
